Deconstruction Project

Agnieszka Kucharko

Agnieszka Kucharko`s recent practice has involved research into ways of understanding, announcing, framing and accommodating the conditions in which meaning in art and its environment has been interpreted.

She has developed a strong interest in the nomenclature of art language as a framing device for art practices and the effects it has depending on the density of application. the work manifests itself through texts, which often take on a form of axioms.

“I am interested in the art to art-language relationship and the idea of art often acting as being in some sort of way indebted to the language which operates in either its favour or against it.”
